Call for Papers Closed


Proposal Instructions:

  1. Provide contact information as requested (attach bio sketch for each presenter)
  2. Provide a title and identify a topic area
  3. Provide a brief abstract of your paper/presentation in 50 words or less
  4. Describe the paper/presentation (Maximum of 500 words)
  5. Identify NIDRR grant(s)
  6. Acknowledgment that submission of a paper/presentation proposal is a commitment that all session presenters will register for the conference by March 18, 2012
  7. Presenters agree to share presentation materials with NARRTC for the purpose of creating proceedings and conference archive.

Selection Criteria:

  • Importance and timeliness of the topic of the paper/presentation
  • Quality of the paper/presentation
  • Relevance of content or practice to be presented
  • Supporting evidence for the paper/presentation

Note: you will be notified of the status of your presentation proposal by March 2, 2012.

All presenters are required to register for the conference by March 18, 2012.


Obligation to Presenters:

All presenters are required to register for the conference by March 18, 2012. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your session. All presenters are responsible for their travel and lodging expenses. All handout materials must be made available in accessible formats for conference participants.


Registration:

Registration fees for the conference have been structured to allow all those accepted as presenters a registration rate equal to NARRTC members. In addition, each NIDRR grant represented by a conference presenter will receive a complimentary membership in NARRTC for 2012, if not already a NARRTC member. Register for the Conference.
